PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Phase 1

Breathe. Physical Therapy & Wellness had an existing website, but they wanted a complete redesign. Because there was an existing site, we need to do some initial analysis of the site. This included evaluating the website analytics to understand how users were accessing the site. Were users accessing via desktop, tablet, or mobile? The data quickly pointed to the need to focus on a mobile first design.

Breathe. also had a large amount of existing blog posts and user accounts on the existing site. This all needed to be taken into account as a part of the implementation plan. Rather than simply designing and launching a new site, we needed to include content migration as a part of the project.

Phase 2

Just as we do with all of our projects, we worked closely with Breathe. to ensure we had a design that fit closely with their brand and accomplished the overall goals of the site. The goals included, 1) A larger focus on the services being offered, 2) Associating blog posts with the services, and 3) Allowing existing customers and new customers to book appointments online.

After multiple productive in-person and remote meetings, we finalized the design and began implementation. Because Breathe. is very active on social media, we also needed to ensure all integrations with their social channels existed on the site. This would allow them to target website visitors with meaningful content-based ads.

The website launch included a complete back-up of the old site as a part of our risk mitigation strategy. This would allow for a rollback in the event the new site ran into any issues. The site launch was coordinated with the client, and they used it as an opportunity to celebrate it with their customers and social media following.

CLIENT FEEDBACK

Worth every penny – Molly Lechtenberg

These guys are the best in the business.  From our first meeting-where the came with an outline of talking points on the best paper I’ve ever felt, filled with the best content-we were sold.  They take time to get to you know, your vision and your goals, to build a website to meet your needs.  Their work, customer service, and efficiency are superb.”
